i had a couple skinny slices of the homemade sausage bread from last nights dinner. i wish i had poached an egg to dip in.

YUMMO! Dippy eggs would have been a nice addition to that!

I must be insane! It's just about 5 am here in WA state, and I have already prepped things for Mark's breakfast. I put the sliced taters/polish sausage in the oven to get a head start, whipped the eggs with green onion and a bit of bacon, and the coffee is made.

I have banana walnut bread in the freezer. That sounds good. I'm going to thaw that for tomorrow!

It's one of my favorite of the quick breads. So easy to do.
