This was breakfast yesterday... the usual.. scrambled eggs with green onion, bacon, home fries and wheat toast.

today, I had a peanut butter sandwich, and Mark went out for breakfast.

DH fixed maple flavored sausage and blueberry pancakes. He put chocolate chips in his, too. I had one banana left that needed to be used, so I sliced it up and sauteed it in 1 tablespoon of butter, seasoned with a tablespoon of Splenda brown sugar and a good sprinkling of cinnamon. It was good...would have been better with a splash of rum and vanilla ice cream.
I use sugar-free maple (flavored) syrup on my pancakes, and it's really quite tasty.

I made Pineapple Crumb Bars this morning. They were supposed to go with Mark to work for his Thanksgiving lunch, but they didn't cool off in time. Guess what I had for breakfast?
