Fiber breakfast

A bowl of bran flakes and a blackberry/blueberry smoothie. I need 30 grams of fiber per day. Start looking at fiber content and you will see it is not easy to do. This breakfast puts me halfway there.

I had a banana yesterday. I might have a bagel or a bowl of cereal this morning, but it's too early right now.
