I've done that before. It's usually whatever comes first when I open the fridge. I've been known to have a bologna sandwich for breakfast. I guess that really isn't any different than soup or pizza. Pizza is the best for breakfast, though!

Today was a repeat of Sunday's breakfast.

that looks yummy!! did you poach in a pot of water or in poach pods? i am hoping to use mine later.

I used a pot of water. I've never used poach pods, and after 45 years of using a pot of water, I don't think I'm going to change.

Let me know how yours come out.

I want to know how they turn out as well when you use them. I'm always on the look out for a better way. ;)
