Leftovers. Leftover spaghetti with red sauce, leftover salad nicoise. On Tuesdays I spent 3-4 p.m. reading to a couple of elderly ladies, one blind, the other crippled with RA. So I sort of plan a meal that doesn't require a lot of kitchen time. Especially now that summer seems to have set in (my kitchen is not air conditioned). We've just contractected to have the walls done in said kitchen. My gosh, those guys are going to sweat. I hope they know that the kitchen isn't air conditioned. I may tell them they can move an air conditioning unit down to the kitchen window for the project, don't want anyone getting sick.
