I went to dinner with a few friends at OB's Pub and Restaurant in Truckee, CA. I ordered their Pasta Salerno and it was pricey, but excellent. This dish consists of cheese stuffed prawns wrapped in prosciutto, baked and served with a timbale of angel hair pasta with garlic cream and a herbed tomato sauce. I also had a house salad with blue cheese dressing.
