LP. (shakes head), there are all kinds of people and not enough good ones it seems.

Why does it seem like it takes two potatoes to make a serving of mash potatoes, and only one bake potato is often more than enough? Tonight I made Salisbury steak. Caramelized onion and mushroom gravy. Mash potatoes. Thawed- frozen-nuked corn mixed in by the fork full in the taters. Under the gravy. I ate all the ‘taters, most of the burger, not enough gravy left-over for a meal tomorry. I guess there is a cold sandwich in the offing.

Unless I stay up late tonight.

Very late dinner here tonight. I'll be grilling some sliced beef and vegis on the hibachi out at the patio with a couple of friends. Also some Sapporos and late night chat.

I didn't press charges because it would involve talking to the police, probably a court appearance at some point and at the time I just wanted to get home. The associate manager, once he established that I wasn't pressing charges (I think he understood why) escorted her out of the store without her loaf of bread, which she was bickering about the price anyway.

I know I should have, but I was too sore and tired to think. They have all the information in case I change my mind.

Kylie, rocklobster, dave, patty....omgosh, your dinners looks so good. Thanks so much for sharing pics.

Nothing to write home about here, I just had peanut butter and raspberry jam on wheat toast tonight. Have car trouble and kinda feeling down in the dumps myself today.

Hoping to make cream of broccoli soup tomorrow. Have all the fixins' and I've been so craving it lately.

Sorry you missed your Chinese dinner but very glad you're okay. I'm finding more and more people are becoming just plain rude these days, even out-right mean at times.

Rock - forgot to ask before, how about sharing the recipe for the corn hash.. it looks great.
