Joey...perfectly cooked meat, that looks fabulous!

CG, your Jamaican dinner looks wonderful.

As always, everyone's dinners sound so good and I'm always inspired by them. So many good sounding meals, so little time. LOL

I ended up with what I planned on having - stuffed bell peppers and roasted cauliflower. Fresh strawberries and mandarin oranges on the side. The other half of the stuffed bell got put in the fridge for tomorrow, there is no way I could eat that much.
