Ow! GG - take care - I sometimes think a sprain is worse than a break.

what a good excuse to get someone else to do the cooking... until you can't stand it anymore! LOL. Then all of a sudden you will figure out how to cook with one hand.

Thanks. On the bright side, I sprained my right wrist and I'm left-handed. Tonight I might just sit on the kitchen stool and direct DH on how to make a sheet pan dinner [emoji38]

I don't think I've ever seen such a perfectly cooked, barely pink, pork tenderloin. Looks scrumptious, Kay!

Thank you Cheryl. I've used this recipe dozens of times now, and have reduced the cook time under the broiler to 12 min. for the barely pink outcome.
