We had burgers on the grill for lunch, and since I'm getting sick of grilling, I made a beef brasciole in sauce which is cooking now, and will be cooking for a few hours, then serve it with some rotini.

Home made pizza.
Mine will just have grilled onions, mushrooms, sauce and cheese.
Paul's will have C. bacon, olives, onions, sauce and cheese.
Yummy!

I should never read these threads when I am hungry. I am still looking for ideas. Something ground beefy I think. Not tacos or spaghetti though. Had those recently. Weather is being weird here, one minute cloudy and cold and the next sunny and warm. I keep changing from sweats to shorts, I don't think I am going to be doing anything on the BBQ.

We grilled hot Italian turkey sausages over charcoal outdoors & served them on crusty Italian bread with sauteed Cubanelle peppers & onions.
