Well yesterday was my 4th year anniversary with my g/f, but we both worked, so we're going to celebrate tonight. We're not sure what to do yet, but whatever it is, I did manage to get a nice bottle of champagne.

Candied Sweet Potatoes
Spring Salad Blend with Honey/Mustard Dressing
