Working in CaseyDog's backyard (Dallas) this week. Last night was Fajita's at Chuey's. Very Very good Margarita's too!!

It was hot here, too, but DH agreed to grill dinner outside, so all I had to do was prep. I marinated pork chops in a homemade porchetta seasoning and cut half a red onion, some asparagus and a summer squash from the garden into pieces. While he grilled, I made a sauce - a reduction of balsamic vinegar and honey infused with fresh basil from the garden - to drizzle over everything. Delish.
