We had leftover Korean soup and bipinbap.
I've always loved the sound of that dish. Bipinbap, a real tongue twister.

Somebunny, your stir fry meal looks amazing! Harry Cobean, same with your chicken dinner....looks wonderful. I love looking at the pictures y'all post.

Yesterday afternoon I made guacamole, salsa, and fried some corn tortilla chips. It was a very nice early dinner. At the last minute I added some extra onions and cilantro. No wonder I was up at 4 AM this morning.

Last night we had pan-seared scallops (I used the very last of my duck fat reserves), ratatouille, and insalata Caprese.

I marinated a chopped chicken breast in oregano, lemon juice, garlic, evoo and S&P, then browned it all in a pan. Served it in pita pockets with tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes and feta and a large Greek salad. Yummy.
