I can't help you find it, But I've been there. Now, I swear there was a block of Philly cheese here somewhere .....

Haha! Can't believe there wasn't a thread started! We had one of the best stir fry's that I have ever made. I velveted chicken thigh and breast meat that I had thinly sliced. I used red, yellow and orange bell peppers, onions, celery, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, garlic and snap peas.

I make a sauce with chicken broth, soy sauce, Yoshida's original sauce a little white wine and cornstarch. Seasoned with some five spice and garlic.
Yummy!

Doesn't it though.

Thanks ladies! It really was good. Taxlady, I have never had a falafel, but would really like to try it sometime. :-)

Falafel is really yummy, but that wasn't what I had. I had shish taouk, shwarma, tabouli, and fatoush salad. They do make falafel too. ;)

made a "healthy" "bbq"(i want to drop a few pounds)chicken:skinned,scored,spatchcocked & marinaded a marks & spencers oakham chicken,had tomatoes with slivers of garlic & basil leaves roasted in evoo & balsamic vinegar,potato wedges simply dressed with sunflower oil,salt & black pepper.did have a couple of glasses of stormhoek pinotage.those south african boys are kings of pinotage.well i like the sentiment on the label & the chicken was skinless  !
