bbq-ing.. Frank's just on the jump to fetch some steaks and quark and then we hope that it won't rain... there are clouds coming...

LiGruess cara ~~~ Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

It's my birthday. I think I'm being sauntered over to the Melting Pot for dinner.

Pasta shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta. With tomato sauce and parmesan cheese on top. Comfort food that's easy and delicious.

I'm helping with stuffed peppers and making a whole trout filled with herbs, lemon and orange slices for my Dad.

Hot and muggy here today, I am glad that I bought home Chinese takeout for dinner, and don't have to cook. I am having General Tso's chicken, kung pao beef, veggie delight, and pork chow mein.

We're having pan fried trout, marinated in a key lime margarita hot sauce with cilantro, crispy hash browns w/onion and garlic and biscuits. Dessert: chocolate chip ice cream.

Pizza. Not good for my low carb diet, but oh so good for the soul!
There's no such thing as a little garlic.
