Dinner 9-3-2013 ~ Boozeday Tuesday anyone?

We will have grilled salmon with lemon pepper sauce, this is some frozen salmon vacuum packed with the sauce already on it, more of a glaze I guess. We picked it up at the new "Winco" in the "big town" we shall see...... Rice pilaf and beets from the garden on the side. Thinking about roasting the beets. DH is working late, so we will eat late :/

Ended up doing a little leftovers, a little breakfast. Sauteed onions and cut up the leftover hot dogs from last night's grilling, then scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese into that. Warmed the leftover potato salad from PPOs recipe as the side. Lots of cantaloupe to make it a bit healthier. Still thinking about that Bloody Mary even though my animal accident story can't hold a candle to CWs Dane Disaster today.

Microwave nachos with a sprinkle of green onions. Couldn't help it. And some apple butter for dessert, got it all packaged up.
