i made a london broil last night, appropriately cooked under the broiler. just s&p, 6 minutes on the first side, 4 1/2 minutes on the second. it was perfect: medium rare to medium on the slightly thinner end, rare to medium rare towards the other end.
dw made mashed spuds, and we reheated a can o' corn and had a nice cranberry nut whole wheat bread with butter to round it out.
