mmmm, city chicken. One of my favorites that mom used to make..... and I have her recipe! What an excellent gravy it makes.
Tonight I'm putting a baked potato and country rib leftover from the other night into the nukrowave, firing up the grill, and also having a couple dogs and some corn on the cob. Maybe a cuke salad of some sort.
One of these days in the near future I'll be having city chicken! It's so hard to find the pork and veal ones, but maybe I can get them made up.
