Ended up stopping here and there on the way home from the grocery store so we didn't get home until 10:00. All we had was yesterday's leftover pizza, heated in the oven on my pizza stone. Tasted fresh-made. Looks like it's meatloaf on Friday!

The store we shopped at was...interesting. Not as neat and tidy as an Aldi's, but a bit bigger with a wider selection and more name brands. Lots of produce cheap, and I finally found a source for ALL those different Hispanic cheeses I run across in recipes and think "now I can get that where???". Cotija, Queso Fresco and Queso Blanco...all kinds! Now all I have to do is remember which recipes and where they are...

No habanero's in this house Craig! Those are red bell peppers with mushrooms, onion, and zucchini.
