I became pacanis tonight and made wings! I get them frozen and already seasoned so it was just dump them in the oven and bake. Salads rounded out the meal. I was originally going to make corn pudding but that kind of didn't happen.

I could give up chocolate but I'm no quitter!

We had Thai take-out. Tom kah is so amazing. So are Thai curries. So good in my belly.

Just because something has a duck bill doesn't mean it's a platypus. It might just be a duck.

Lazy Friday night bowtie pasta with some meatballs and marinara. Did a few add-ins like some fresh tomatoes and basil...but I haven't even the energy for a salad. Gonna carb-out.

You're Home-made Rolls look GREAT, and so does your food...

How did you make your rolls, if you don't mind me asking. Was looking to make some rolls to do sub sandwiches.

Fried rice. I bought bacon the other day. Leftover grilled chicken made the one nice day earlier this week. Fresh pineapple, onion, scallion, a few chopped broccoli fleurs, grated ginger. Forgot to add frozen peas at the end. Good enough to repeat, and luckily it makes enough for tomorrow too.

Used the leftover meat sauce to make lasagne, added a green salad viola dinner!
If you don't like the food, have more wine!

Mrs D had to work late so take out was in order. Headed over to Big Chris BBQ and got a brisket sandwich with a side of BBQ baked beans.
