OMGosh Steve...that looks fantastic.

Now I'm craving both duck and rib eye.

How'd you get the cheese on it if you were constantly flipping it?

The duck turned out wonderfully. Go get a duck.

Kathleen voted. She didn't cook it, but she wasn't shy about eating it.

You can't cook your second duck until you cook your first one. C'mon.. nothing to be scared of. Duck is easy. And you end up with golden fat to use later too. Seriously, you can do it. Follow the Hungry Mouse's blog post and you will have awesome duck.

Or do I have to come out there and cook it for you?

I really don't know. The cheese just jumped on top of the burger and melted .

Glad to hear your duck came out wonderfully.

I'll get the duck and I'll be more then happy to have you come out here and cook it for me.

You aren't too far away it appears.

The worst part was the clean up... I'd leave that for you.
