OMGosh Steve...that looks fantastic.

Now I'm craving both duck and rib eye.

I had a burger flipped more then once.
Melted extra sharp cheddar on top.
But now I want a duck.

How'd you get the cheese on it if you were constantly flipping it?

The duck turned out wonderfully. Go get a duck.

Who was the other one who had duck?

Kathleen voted. She didn't cook it, but she wasn't shy about eating it.

We should be having duck Frank. I still have my first duck in the freezer waiting for me to get the nerve to cook the lil darlin.

You can't cook your second duck until you cook your first one. C'mon.. nothing to be scared of. Duck is easy. And you end up with golden fat to use later too. Seriously, you can do it. Follow the Hungry Mouse's blog post and you will have awesome duck.
