It is just 9 pm Thursday here, but I already know I will be making pork chops stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, served with roasted potatoes and salad.

Kylie, your meal sounds wonderful!

both of your dinners sound great. i love stroganoff, and i've never met a stuffed pork chop that i didn't like.

i have some beautiful rib steaks to grill, side o: baked spuds. if i have time, i'll stop off and pick up a few dozen littleneck clams to saute until just opened in butter, garlic, and lemon thyme.

sort of a low tide surf and turf.

It's soup weather but I don't have any real soup ingredients. Damp and rainy, not sure I'll be going to the grocery if it's pouring. Now trying to decide if I should leave for Kylie's or LBs. Nothing personal BT, but we have a butcher with killer (as in "yummy" not "fatal") beef just a couple miles from our house. Plus he smokes pork he gets from a hog friend.

Probably spaghetti. Have quite a few containers of the stuff in the freezer. Himself could eat Italian 4 times a week.

CG, you are welcome here anytime

I love Italian food too...probably not 4 times a week, but certainly once or twice a week

I recently got a 10 lb box of all beef hot dogs. Got 16 of them thawed in the fridge so I'm thinking we'll do hot dogs tonight. These suckers are HUGE! About as big around as a brat. Not sure what sides will be. I might roast some potatoes.
