Something, anything with my poor sirloin strips that are still in the fridge. Last day I can do anything with them! Will have to get back to you!


Why not make some fajitas? Perfect use for those. Or Teriyakki beef!

I am thinking of having a filet o fish from mcdonalds, or cheese pizza and ice cream! :mrgreen:
 
Tonight was Angus filet mignon with a peppercorn crust, seared in the cast iron skillet, with baked potatoes and steamed asparagus. Wine was Sombras Del Sol Carmenere.
 
I made grilled cheese for dinner. Fresh made sourdough, fresh made butter and kraft singles.. I am not sure it gets much better than that. :clap:
You should try after buttering your bread, press on fresh Parmesan cheese. Fill the sandwich with two different cheeses. I read about it somewhere, called Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I have made them, they are very good.:chef:
