Since the store had lovely turkey cutlets on sale, I bought a couple of packages & cooked one package up "Piccata" style (lemon juice, capers, white wine, butter, extra-virgin olive oil) & served with a few plain boiled & buttered baby red potatoes & some fresh spinach wilted in a little butter & mixed with some roughly chopped garlic, half-&-half, salt, & freshly ground pepper. Delicious.
