Quick dinner of pan seared pork chops, deglazed the pan with stewed tomatoes and served with a couple of biscuits. And sweet tea. Y'all come back now, y'heah?

I just made a bowtie pasta dish for the kids that was ok. it was bacon and Chicken in a cheese sauce. Since I got this pig, I think I am putting pork in everything

we ate in, the marinated en papillote was pretty good.
made mandalyns out of a mixture of recipes blending Sally Lunn's and self rising corn meal. spectacularly wonderfuly sinfully fattening, but good

Fridays are normally a "NO COOKING ALLOWED" around here, so I ordered a pizza. I had a coupon for a pizza called Raining Pepperoni that was advertized as a Jumbo pizza (12 slices) with 50 pieces of pepperoni.

Yes, I counted the slices, and no, I was not anal retentive* enough to count the pepperoni!
