I don't really know, maybe spaghetti. Lots of yard work to do and I have to work tomorrow. Something easy anyway.

steamed clams, Frech Bread, and some smoked scallops that I picked up from
a new fish store in the next town over. Had some samples yesterday OH GOODY!!!

hubby isn't going to like this but it's rerun time around here.
we gotta eat up some of the stuff that's been pilin up in the fridge/freezer.
I think the chicken is gone as our ds#1 came for dinner last night.
plus, I got up at 3 and made him his lunch to take to work which included a huge chicken sandwich. so pretty sure that's all gone
we have noodles/mashed potatoes/glazed carrot rounds/boneless pork chops/the sauces from the last couple of nights, garlic and hot/sweet.
just a little of the pudding, maybe one serving with the chocolate chips.
I'll be glad when I can see inside the fridge again.

It's hot! Every time I open the outside door it's like walking into a sauna. I remind myself that all this humidity is good for my skin.

Shrimp with remoulade sauce
Corn on the cob, seasoned with salt, a bit of cayenne and a dose of butter
Homegrown tomatoes - they are so incredibly good after that store bought stuff.

DH wants to go out tonight. Maybe I can drag him to the Peruvian place for some ceviche. Or to a really good restaurant that is celebrating this month by offering entrees and bottles of wine for $15 each (their entrees are usually in the $20s).

What are Italian hot dogs Jeekinz? Not sure what we're having tonight, probably take out. I aint cooking!

We are getting take out from Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza....wings (coal fired with just olive oil & rosemary), salad (mixed greens, chickpeas, olives, onions, tomatoes, egg, red wine vinaigrette), Dan Marino pizza (eggplant) & arugula pizza (a three cheese pizza topped with fresh arugula tossed in vinaigrette with fresh parmesan). No cooking & great leftovers!!

DH as normal for Friday ate at work (tacos, I think). I ate a sub sandwich at the hospital cafeteria and the border heated up some mini ravioli. Not a fancy food night at all.

i grilled a small pork loin, a sweet italian chicken sausage, and a hot dog tonight. dw made spanish rice and really sweet boiled corn on the cob.

the pork loin was deelish, the sausage good but salty, but i completely incinerated the dog.
