Dinner ideas for Wednesday, Dec 6

No one ate or cooked yesterday, uh, that' a shame ,

I have no plans of cooking as I'll be in NYC tonight.
Maybe if I get up all the nerve in the world, I'll venture out to Becco.
But if it's cold and looks like it is, I'll not go far as I'm not properly outfitted.
Tomorrow and the next night, it's Seattle. How cold is it there? Snowing for this past weeks football game I saw, yikes!

What's anyone doing on this cold Wednesday for dinner?

Yesterday I slipped on some water on my kitchen floor and hurt my back and tail bone. My neighbor took me to Kaiser to get checked out. I am very sore and because of this food doesn't sound very appealing to me right now.

I may decide to make something later.

I had some bean sprouts and other veggies left over from another recipe. So, I combined them all together in a stir-fry with some sliced beef served over white rice.
