Tonight I made curried shrimp with veggies over rice pilaf with golden raisins and toasted peanuts and marinated cucumbers on the side.

had company so it was a better than average meal; baked ham, scalloped potatoes, glazed carrots, ww tortillas, pound cake topped with fresh berries

Shrimp & crawfish etouffee.

The rack of ribs Glenn grilled on Sunday were waaaay too much for us to eat for one meal, so we pretty much had a repeat of Sunday's dinner. There are still enough ribs for another meal, but they've made their way to the freezer for a busy night's fare.

Looks delish, salt and pepper! :yum:

I had nothing for dinner. We had a huge late lunch up at my daughter and son-in-laws cabin yesterday, and snacked the rest of the afternoon. Still full when I went to bed last night. :)
