Tonight I made curried shrimp with veggies over rice pilaf with golden raisins and toasted peanuts and marinated cucumbers on the side.

I had a childhood favourite - creamed mushrooms on toast, with some raw veggies and watermelon.

The rack of ribs Glenn grilled on Sunday were waaaay too much for us to eat for one meal, so we pretty much had a repeat of Sunday's dinner. There are still enough ribs for another meal, but they've made their way to the freezer for a busy night's fare.

Looks delish, salt and pepper!

I had nothing for dinner. We had a huge late lunch up at my daughter and son-in-laws cabin yesterday, and snacked the rest of the afternoon. Still full when I went to bed last night.
