Those lamb chops were over the top great last night.
I get them about once a month at Costco and they come from New Zealand. The cut reminds me of little Porterhouse steaks, and the flavor is mild and wonderful as long as they are cooked to med. rare. Even at Costco they are quite expensive, but well worth the money for the quality. I like to serve them with classic Coleman Mint Sauce on the side. My guess is that those of you who don't like lamb, have never eaten this kind of lamb but rather overcooked mutton. That stuff is vile!
