We had seared fresh tuna steaks, potato cakes with sauteed onions, and fresh steamed asparagus with butter and lemon. DH was very happy. Me too.

Dh eats at work Fridays, the border went out. So.....I ate cheesecake with chocolate sauce! :pig:

For dessert I think I will have popcorn!

Made up another stew today, turned out real good! DW likened it to eating a BBQ pulled pork sandwich on a spoon, LOL.

Maverick, glad to see you are feeling a bit better today...I can tell because you were cooking (unlike me ). Sounds delicious.

Very yum, was feeling OK when I woke up this morning so I got it all going in the slow cooker. I seem to be OK up until around 6pm or after, then I start hurting and getting tired.
One Dr. thinks they may need to do another bypass, the other thinks we just need to give it time as I go thru PT. I am rooting for PT and time, LOL.

Laurie,
OK wait, supper was the cheesecake and dessert was the popcorn??!!

My kinda meal!! LOL. Hope you get to feeling better soon too!
