I made Thai scallops and shrimp with a coconut milk/red curry broth-type thingy and for the salad I made a Thai type dressing with lime juice, cilantro, garlic, blood orange vinegar, a bit of brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic/chili sauce, and sweetened chili sauce. A lot of those ingredients were in the entree...some weren't. We kept a napkin handy for the sweat!

Ohh a red curry, lots of napkins LOL, but I bet it was good!

We ate up the last of the stew and DW made a rhubarb dessert that was tart but good!

EDIT: Elfie, Pacanis just picked up some red curry and we were talking about it, I don't know how to link your post to that thread, but I bet he would be interested in what you made!

We ended up having pork chops with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh veggies. I made molten chocolate cake that was wonderful (we ate one each instead of cutting them in half)!
