We ordered out from the local BBQ place. I got a 1/4 rack of beef ribs and bean salad. Stirling ordered a chicken sandwich and fries.

The brochure with menus from several local restos said,

"Poulet BBQ
"Notre poulet entier dans un sandwich
"Délicieux !"

Really? A whole chicken on a sandwich?

No, it was a choice of pulled chicken white meat or a grilled filet. Stirling said it was really good. I thought my ribs were really good, as usual.

Stuffed some pork chops with a mixture of spinach, dilled Havarti, cream cheese, onions....chopped salad on the side...

Baked it 30 min with a lid, and 30 min without.

Do you toss the potatoes in anything, the casserole sauce, butter or something?
Just lay them on top raw?
