Tonight was vegetable lo mein, with garlic, ginger, grated carrot, mushrooms, and scallions.

I ended up sleeping all day and DH fended for himself, which he is more than capable of doing!
He grilled the chicken thighs, leaving me some to heat up with rice and peas. Then he grilled a breast cutlet for his dinner sandwich at work. He also cleaned the kitchen, and made me a batch of ice tea (unsweetened with lemon the way I like it ) for when I woke up.

He's a keeper

Living gluten/dairy/sugar/fat/caffeine-free and loving it!
