Penne with sauteed garlic, fresh tomatoes, and lots of spices. Served with ultra aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Steamed broccoli on the side.

We normally grill all year round in our charcoal Weber. A tradition we started about 20 years ago with our best friends is every other year we get together at our place for New Years Eve. We grill steaks and potatoes. It's alot of fun! This year is our year.

I'm more likely to stand out there in cold weather than summer and "tend" to things. I love grilling.
