I made a sliced pork tenderloin/onion/mushroom/bell pepper/celery stir fry over fried rice with honey toasted sliced almonds on the top. I didn't realize the almonds were honey toasted till I'd already used them but they were a very nice sweet surprise and I'll definitely use them again. :yum:
 
Slight change. Almond-Crusted Perch, Brown Rice Pilaf, and Broccoli.
