I brine my chops too but never thought to put in sriracha. Have to try that!

My daughter thought you should see her master peice, she was very proud of the tomato and cheese baked falukorv.

This her reward for making dinner, old fashion chocolate pudding, served warm with ice cold cream.

It is so easy to do for 2 portions, 2 tablespoon corn starch , 50 ml sugar, 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla or any flavoring of your choice. Combine everything but the flavoring into a pot, whisk smooth, turn on low heat and whisk until thicken, add flavoring and DONE. You can serve it hot or cold. When cold it better with whipped cream.
