I'm going off in a totally different direction. I'm stealing CWS4322's idea. I've never made Butter Chicken before but it's been mentioned so often I'm intrigued. Besides, I'm ready for something a little different. I'm cheating by using a rotisserie chicken. I'm going to warm up some naan bread and make a side salad.

Chili tonight. I put pasta in the pot for the guys after I took out my serving. I did have a carb balance tortilla with the chili though.

No matter where I serve my guests, it seems they like my kitchen best!
