salmon patties. no crackers to crush so will use panko. might be interesting. very hot again today. weather forecast keeps saying it will cool off. however it hasn't happened yet.

I'm going to use the leftover garlic soup as a base to make a Parmesan cream sauce to go with some pasta with grilled chicken

Pulled some Sockeye Salmon out of the freezer this morning. I plan to grill and glaze it with Agave Nectar (Giada DiLaurentiis recipe). On the side, we have fresh Red Lettuce salad with chopped Orange and Walnuts, topped with Mango Chipotle Dressing.

Oh... and sliced garden Tomatoes, thanks to a nice neighbor.
