Dinner Monday, 5-12-2014 ~ Good eats?

I grilled a couple of Saratoga pork chops, served with a little Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, and made couscous with farmers market peas and garden mint.

I prepared dinner very late last night. I picked up some ribeye steaks on my way home from work last night and grilled them. They weren't thick enough to tie as Rocklobster did with his ribeyes. I had to ruin one for my wife as she likes her's well-well done. :LOL:

Nice pic roadfix.

We had chicken breast with a balsamic reduction poured over it, along with some lovely asparagus and some pasta to soak up any stray sauce. Green salad to round out the veggie end of things.
 
I made a huge salad (baby spinach, kale, and swiss chard) with yellow sweet pepper, cucumber, radish, celery, green onion, chives, pansy blossoms, and blackberries dressed with simple EVOO and cane vinegar, freshly ground black pepper.
