I used up some leftover ground beef from Taco Salad that I had a couple of days ago and had tacos with all the fixin's.

Thinly sliced marinated fillet steak on top of rocket salad with green beans, turkish peppers, grape tomatoes, and artichokes toessed in a aged balsamic and oregano dressing then topped with parmesan shavings.
