Tonight I will make chicken penne alfredo with grilled red, green and yellow bell peppers. Nomnomnom. If I'm not exausted, may be left over barbeque pork. But I should cook up the chicken, it's been in the fridge for a few days...not frozen.

thawing chicken wings. don't know how i will cook them. maybe in my new deep firer. any suggestions are welcome.

don't know what sides will be. maybe potato salad. will decide this later.
 
Pork chops,cream gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and mushrooms...and shrimp cocktail beforehand. Apple pie for dessert.

I am down with a sinus infection and asthma and have been ordered by just about everyone to rest.

So, I had DH pick up a ham and pineapple pizza from the deli and that is what Dad and I are having.
 
"Salsa verde" and tortilla chips to begin, "Sopa de Tortilla" as the main dish.
