We're having pan fried chicken strips with pineapple horseradish sauce
A swiss sheeps cheese with honey roasted bread cubes Red grapes rolled in a bleu mixture and dipped in toasted walnuts Sauted apples with pancetta. City pretzels I have no idea what the cocktail of choice is this evening....but I imagine there will be several rounds involved.

an entire morning / afternoon of in and out of the car...
took oldest for a checkup.... then walmart.... then gas.... had to end up at the liqour store. :) I stopped at papa murphys as l;ong as I was at it.... to go with the merlot of course....

My husband took off to go to the Great American Beerfest in Denver, so tonight I made my beloved tuna casserole. He hates tuna casserole and I don't make it unless he is gone somewhere.

My husband is making dinner....grilled lamp chops & grilled vegetables (eggplant, mushrooms, asparagus, red peppers & green beans). Chocolate brownie icecream with dark cherries for dessert.

roasted game hens with plum glaze
rice with green,yellow,red, peppers and onions. fresh asparagus home made outback brown bread asian salad, greens, dried cherries, won ton strips and ginger sesame dressing. snickerdoodle pie. yes i had company
