We're having pan fried chicken strips with pineapple horseradish sauce
A swiss sheeps cheese with honey roasted bread cubes
Red grapes rolled in a bleu mixture and dipped in toasted walnuts
Sauted apples with pancetta.
City pretzels

I have no idea what the cocktail of choice is this evening....but I imagine there will be several rounds involved.

Probably leftover taco filling from last night, transformed into a taco salad!

My husband took off to go to the Great American Beerfest in Denver, so tonight I made my beloved tuna casserole. He hates tuna casserole and I don't make it unless he is gone somewhere.

My husband is making dinner....grilled lamp chops & grilled vegetables (eggplant, mushrooms, asparagus, red peppers & green beans). Chocolate brownie icecream with dark cherries for dessert.
