vegetarian dinner tonight.

home made spring rolls with different fillings.

some with a stir fried nappa cabbage star anise mixture, some with fresh cabbage and carrots, i mixed some up and put chili sauce and scallions in the middle of a few.
 
i ended up making my roast paprika chicken with onion gravy, steamed asparagrass, and a side of penne.

i will post a recipe soon as this one gets devoured in my house every time. :chef:
 
I was so hungry by the time my hash was ready that I didn't notice until I was halfway through eating that I had forgotten to cook a vegetable at all! So I didn't have to decide between green beans and peas.
