Have to work in the morning, so something with not alot of dishes!
A casserole maybe of some sort? Or "hot dish" as they say out here.
"They" say that. I don't.

It should be raining here soon, so some nice warm French Dips with gruyere, tomato and avocado slices will do the trick here. (and yet another lemon/orange dessert no doubt)

Spicy Meatloaf with Dill Pickle Spears on top....
Garlic mashed taters...
Strange unknown but tasty "oriental greens" with other veggies!

I'm still deciding on lunch. Dinner will either be clean out the fridge night or maybe breakfast for dinner.

shoot, just the second I could drive down, I'm not in California:cool:. Sounds yumderful. How good's your tossing arm?
I'm making a pot of french lentils cooked with a ham bone to serve over rice pilaf.
Oh shoot, y'all are driving me bats here..............or else, I'm hungry!

Grilled chicken breasts with sauteed mushrooms and peppers
Baked beans
Crusty French Bread

And for dessert - a hodgepodge of leftover fruit

I have sufficient lamb and lentils left over that I should be able to do something like that. At least for me...the brats can have PB&J sandwiches:LOL:

Chicken baked in barbecue sauce, mashed potatoes and corn on the side, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
