We had fried chicken in cream gravy, potatoes and a salad, nothing fancy but what we needed.

GA,

Preheated the oven to 425 and cooked the steak to 120 degrees then let it rest for 15 minutes wrapped in foil. Seared the steak in a cast iron pan till browned. Hope this helps.
You can do this in the oven or on your BBQ grill. Look on youtube under "Reverse Searing". That will help too.

Mine was a quick oven and micro job.

Frozen coconut shrimp and breaded S & P Calamari done in the toaster oven with a frozen rice & spinach ball zapped up in the micro. Sweet chili dipping sauce.

Easy clean-up - one pan, one plate, 1 fork.

was thinking of doing some fresh green beans but was too lazy.

Spent 3 hours last night working on a "simple" chocolate cake.

Really hope it's worth it. Can't taste it till tonight!

Might be my first and last cake.

Here's what took up three hours of my life last night.
Worth it? I dunno, but it was delicious!
