the puff pastry with the jam and mascarpone turned out very nice..I love this
black cherry jam with it's big chunks of cherries in it and the next time I think I'll use just a little more..and fancy up the outside of the pastry with a sprinkle of sugar after I put on the egg wash.. Other than that it tasted pretty good.
