some sautéed trout and broccoli rabe. probably also some slices of homemade Challah with fresh butter, and a really nice white wine, the 2004 Virtú from St. Supéry, nothing fancy.
 
In Bigfork Montana with friends from years past, had a wonderful dinner at a gorgeous restaurant there. Never heard the name of the restaurant, could find it if I wanted to but no matter, had the Ranch Hand special for 2 and it was lots of different meats bbq style and sides. Yummy
 
They are very similar. I like some of the options on your menu though, that we don't have, the chip dip sounds interesting. I'm not sure about the Nandos where you are, but it's hard to get into the door around lunch time here. Pretty popular place.
