Thanks. It was really good, and I had all but the rice on my low carb diet. Shouldn't have had the wine, but sometimes you have to splurge!

Unless it's a sweet wine, wine is fairly low carb.

Oh I don't think it had too many! It was a good wine, and not sweet. Thanks for telling me. I looked it up, and you are right. Not many carbs at all! Less than four grams.

We had horribly overpriced airport food: we split half a steak sandwich, a cup of onion soup, and some pulled pork nachos.

The green stuff is steamed spinach with a touch of vinegar & butter. I should have made more, but I've still got over half a bag left I can use up today
