We had fish tonight. SO had baked haddock and I had pan seared salmon. They were both delicious.

My Steve loves Haddock...sadly we cant get it here

How did you bake the haddock Andy?

Did you add a marinade or some type of sauce?

My SO likes her fish fairly plain. So it's fish, butter and breadcrumbs. Well done please.

That still sounds good to me

Do you have anything on your Salmon?

We cook a lot of salmon and love hearing different ideas

Salt, pepper, lemon. Sear in a hot pan with oil. cover and finish cooking over lower heat.

I ended up making the Posolé...it was very good. The Sesame Orange cole slaw was good too, but tasted a bit odd with the soup. Oh well, we only live once!
